We assist with daily financial operations remotely. With our cloud-based financial programs, we can provide accurate real-time financial reports and shared access. We are committed to providing the following duties (which include but are not limited to), processing receipts daily, electronically remitting payables upon approval, enforcing the delinquency policy, tax deposits, and budgeting. Inclusive for our Homeowner Associations; providing lender certification and governing documents, assisting with reserve study analysis, year-end review, and returns.
Where We Started
DMB Accounting owner has worked in the Homeowners Association management industry for over 20 years (1990) for the same company, which started with five association communities. With one manager, three bookkeepers, and before the company owner retired, it expanded to sixty-five associations centered in the Bay Area (CA). The employees took great pride in their organizational skills and serving the members in a friendly manner while promptly providing financial data. DMB Accounting desires to assist operations in keeping their financial affairs organized.
